Lara Vella

This is Lara Vella’s fourth solo exhibition. Lara graduated from the University of Malta with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and History of Art and has recently read for a Master Course in Visual Arts in Florence, Italy. The artist's acrylic paintings focus on typical Maltese landscapes and elements that hold nostalgic weight for her. Lara combines realism with vibrant colours in order to depict her subjects through a child-like lens.
